South West Riding Club is a very active club holding regular dressage, showjumping and horse trials competitions along with training and horsemanship courses.

History of project
South West Riding club was formed over 30 years ago. It has been sucessful at national competitions many times over the years. Particularly the Musical ride teams with two wins in a row in 2007 and 2008 at the festival and wins in the 90's as well.
The Club as also recorded great sucess at the National Dressage championships with individuals wins and a great 3rd place in the team competition over the years.
The showjumping teams have qualified for national championships at the RDS and some great sucess has been achived by individuals the the national eventing championships.
Our Members
South West Riding Club has a varied memberships with interests varying from dressage, showjumping, eventing, showing, le trec, orienteering to horsemanship courses and with members covering an age range from 17 years upto their 80's.
